Our osteopaths use a variety of hands-on techniques in treatment to improve muscular flexibility and joint range of motion, and will assess not only the area of pain but also the related regions which may have predisposed to the injury. Osteopaths look at the cause of the injury, which aids in full recovery and reduces any risk of re-occurrence.

Osteopaths will prescribe appropriate exercises to maintain muscular flexibility and joint range of motion, as well as any strengthening exercises where required.
